SPPI provides quality products and services to meet the needs and expectations of its customers. Our Technical Services Department utilizes Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and electronic spreadsheets to generate all the necessary fabrication/shop drawings and technical data. SPPI provides its customers with on-site technical assistance and installation supervision.
In addition, SPPI has the in-house capabilities to perform stress analysis on a micro-computer using Caesar II or the Algor Pipe Plus software. The analysis will determine the stresses in the carrier steel pipe; any axial movement which will provide data for anchor design and if the expansion joints are needed.

HDPE Applications :
Waste Water Systems:
Due to its very good chemical resistance, HDPE is a perfect material for the manufacturer of large bore pipes for sewage systems. They are ideally suited for industrial waste disposal and are being used to an increasing extent as underground sewer pipes, waste water pipes and as corrosion-resistant.

Irrigation Systems:
Low weights, resistance to corrosion and easy assembly are major factors permitting the use of HDPE pipe systems for both underground and surface irrigation.

Gas Pipeline Systems:
Due to the excellent properties of HDPE, which exhibits a high impact strength and very good resistance to the combination of aggressive soil and hydrocarbons as internal media. Combined with ease of handling and installation, the HDPE pipes are one excellent means of transportation material and other gas types including biogas.

Lining & Relining with HDPE pipes:
Many successful examples have proved that relining with HDPE pipes is a cost-saving method of repair. It is used for sewers, drinking water lines and gas lines. With relining method, gravity flow lines can be converted to pressure lines, thereby, increasing transport capacity.

Potable Water Systems:
HDPE pipes have proven very successful in the water supply sector for domestic service lines and mains.
