Our products have been in use since 1981 in a wide variety of applications throughout the Gulf and Middle East countries.
This product catalogue covers our basic standard systems; however, SPPI can custom-fabricate piping systems to meet your specific project requirements.

HDPE Piping

SPPI has started its production of HDPE pipes in 1998. The SPPI HDPE pipes are being used as a jacket for the company's preinsulated piping systems, as well as other applications, with pipe sizes up to 1200mm outer diameter. Larger pipe sizes could be supplied upon request. SPPI HDPE production facility is located next to our existing facility in Riyadh New Industrial City.

HDPE pipe is recognized by clients and engineering consultants as the ideal pipe material for many pressure and non-pressure applications from gas & water distribution to gravity sewers, surface water drainage - for both new and rehabilitation projects.

SPPI HDPE pipes are produced by extrusion. The extrusion process allows the production of a seamless continuous pipe length that is only limited by conditions of handling on the construction site or by the means of transport available.
SPPI HDPE pipe ranges in size from 75mm up to 1200mm O.D. with pressure ratings from 4 Bars up to 16 Bars per ISO 4427.

SPPI HDPE pipes and fittings are produced in accordance with international codes and standards, such as the International Standard ISO4427, the German Standards DIN 8074/8075 and tests are made in accordance with American Standards ASTM D1248/D3035/F714.

Pipe Protection

Our facility is equipped to handle steel fabrication, which includes pipe cutting, grooving, threading, beveling and welding to accommodate specific job requirements.

All the above-mentioned services are performed by qualified technicians, while the welding process and welders are certified in accordance with the requirements of Section IX of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and ANSI B31.1, The Power Piping Code. The fabricated products shall undergo the required tests such as hydrostatic pressure testing, liquid penetrant and radiographic examination.
SPPI offers complete steel pipe protection services consisting of Automatic Shot Blasting and Abrasive Grit Blasting internally and externally to International Standards in an enclosed shop.

High pressure epoxy coatings are applied per the project's specifications. External pipe wrapping are available using an Automatic Pipe wrapping machine.
